Privacy

What we store. Account details you enter, your appointments, case entries, messages and uploaded documents.

Who can see it. Case files, messages and documents are visible only to the client and the advocate on that matter, plus platform administrators for support and abuse handling. Advocate profile fields you publish are public by design.

Security. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sessions are cookie-based and expire when you sign out. Serve the site over HTTPS in production.

Your controls. You can edit or clear your profile at any time, and request account deletion from the portal.

Retention. Closed case records are retained while your account exists, so that hearing history stays available to both parties.
